Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding in Letter No.22535/Pay Cell/2015-1 dated 18.05.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct Respondents 1 to 3 to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.330 [Finance (Pay Cell) Department] dated 26.08.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.318 [Finance (Pay Cell) Department] dated 22.07.2013 to the petitioner who retired on prior to 12.12.2007 from the date of implementation of the Pay Commission recommendation and to settle all the attendant benefits.
