By an order dated 26.04.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.23823 of 2018, the District Munsif, Vilathikulam was directed to dispose of O.S.No.11 of 2012, preferably within a period of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. A letter has been received from the District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate requesting an extension of three (3) months to dispose of the case. By acceding to the said request, the time for disposal is extended by a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
