(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the E-auction sale notice, dated 23.09.2022 issued by the fifth respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that the sale as scheduled on 31.10.2022 did not take place.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the respondent Bank in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
