ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police has not registered a case, even after the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Nagercoil, passed in Crl.M.P.No.5099 of 2024, by order dated 21.03.2025, has filed this petition.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Nagercoil, passed in Crl.M.P.No.5099 of 2024, has been complied with and a case has been registered in Crime No.233 of 2025 as against the accused persons.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
