ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.On the last occasion, the following order has been passed: "The learned Government Advocate would submit that a communication has been received from the Special Tahsildar(LA), Madurai, wherein it has been stated that the compensation amounts were worked out and the petitioner, after submitting her title deeds, had received a sum of Rs. 2/4_________

8,17,569/- as compensation for the lands and a sum of Rs. 64,26,680/- for the buildings. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been informed about the same. He seeks time to get necessary instructions.

2.Post the matter on 22.08.2024."
