O R D E R

All that the writ petitioner seeks is issuance of vehicle analysis report. It is stated that the petitioner owned the petition-mentioned vehicle. She sold it to third party as a scrap. But the purchaser appears to have operated the vehicle. The local jurisdictional police seized the same. The petitioner was also visited with some fine. In these circumstances, the present request has been made. Since it was not considered, this writ petition was filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of Form 24 report issued by the registering authority. It is seen therefrom that the fitness certificate in respect of the vehicle was valid only up to 02.08.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied with the aforesaid report and he would work out the rights accordingly. Recording the said stand, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
