The petitioner with a grievance that certain wrong entries have been made during UDR survey has submitted a representation before the District Revenue Officer and filed this writ petition for a mandamus to issue a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on his petition dated 23.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on written instructions submitted that the application of this petitioner is under consideration before the first respondent and notice was already issued and the enquiry is scheduled today i.e., on 13.09.2023. He further submitted that the orders would be passed within a period of twelve weeks.
