O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey her property in Ayan Survey NO.138/1Y2A to an extent of 4 acres situated at Valinokkam Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering her survey application , dated 8.3.2025 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was purchased by her under sale deed, dated 23.2.1983 and patta for the same stands in her name in Patta No.74.She submitted an application on 8.3.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/27/004810 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.A,Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader 2/5

who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner, dated 8.3.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, third respondent, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
