Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent, dated 07.12.2016 in proceedings Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.2993/2014/A7, quash the same, as the same is arbitrary, ultravires, in violation of the principles of natural justice, audi alteram partem.

ORDER
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of the subsequent development, pursuant to an order, dated 21.11.2019.
2. By the aforesaid order, an Election Officer, namely, an Advocate Commissioner was appointed to conduct an election of board of trustees of Arulmigu Pavadi Sithi Vinayagar Temple. The election https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No.24941 of 2016 was conducted on 27.11.2019, in presence of the officers from the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department.
3. As per the report of the Advocate Commissioner, five persons were appointed, which include the petitioner. The inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department has also addressed the communication, dated 27.11.2019 to the Assistant Commissioner about the outcome of the election, held on 27.11.2019 for the aforesaid temple. As per the aforesaid result, the petitioner and four other persons have been appointed as a Managing Trustee. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
