This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / second respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3309 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that as per the direction of this Court, vide order dated 24.02.2025, final report has been filed in C.C.No.354 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, through e-filing on 09.09.2025.
