ORDER
This writ petition has been filed as against the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings No.Ma.Va. 2/09719/15, dated 12.02.2016, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to pay the pre-deposit amount of Rs.1 lakh for allotment of shop.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since this Court has not granted any interim order, the petitioner has paid the amount as directed by the first respondent and a shop was also allotted to him. 2/4
