O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is figuring as accused in Crime No.52 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

3.Though the petitioner is an accused, he is also entitled to speedy conclusion of the prosecution. This is because, the pendency of the criminal case is adversely affecting the career of the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that final report was already filed on 24.05.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam. The Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the Court below decides to take cognizance of the offence, the trial itself will be concluded as early as possible.
