ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b) IPC and Section 3(1) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss)Act, 1992, in Crime No.262 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had damaged the CCTV cameras installed in the public place. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail were dismissed on the ground that six previous cases are pending against him.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that as on date, there is no change in circumstances.

6. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, after the dismissal of earlier petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
