ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records of FIR in Crime No.343 of 2016 on the file of the respondent no.1 police station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and the case was taken on file in L.P.C.No.562 of 2018. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
