ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to earlier disposal of E.P.No.96 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the E.P had been filed in the year 2024 and that as per the direction by the Hon'ble Apex Court, execution petition has to be disposed of within a period of six months, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of the E.P.No.96 of 2024, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
