This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to re-enquire the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.187 of 2023 dated 15.05.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that seeking similar prayer the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16710 of 2023 before this Court, that was also ordered, directing the respondent herein to enquire both the complaints in appropriate manner. Seeking very same prayer, this petition has been filed.

3.This petition deserves to be dismissed in view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16710 of 2023.
