Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the second respondent to produce the body or person of petitioner's husband namely Arvindasamy, S/o.Muniyandi, aged about 28 years and petitioner's daughter namely Athyaashi, D/o.Arvindasamy, aged about 3 years before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Owing to certain matrimonial disputes, the petitioner's husband had left the petitioner along with his 3 years old daughter, due to which, she had given a complaint, which was registered in Crime No.403/2023 dated 31.08.2023 under the caption "man/girl missing". The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking for production of the petitioner's husband and her daughter.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that both the petitioner as well as her husband have agreed to reconcile and live together in a matrimonial house along with their 3 years old daughter. Their statements have also been recorded by the second respondent Police.

3. In view of the amicable settlement arrived between the parties, no further orders are required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
