ORDER

This Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.378 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the first Petitioner is bed ridden and wantonly the second Respondent foisted a false case against the Petitioners. Therefore, the Petitioners seek to quash the First Information Report.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.378 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police had been completed. Further, the final report had also been filed before the Court concerned and the same is yet to be numbered.
