ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.280 of 2022 by conducting enquiry based on his representation dated 18.09.2024.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.280 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 457 and 380 IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that one witness has been examined, that though the accused was identified, is yet to be secured and that investigation is pending.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete 2/4

the investigation in Crime No.280 of 2022 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
