2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.197 of 2018 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi, and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 241 of 2018.

3. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
