ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against order dated 05.08.2023 passed in Cr.M.P.No.15296 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court IV, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2. Today(19.09.2023), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the petitioner can raise her objection, if any before the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
