This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 186 of 2019, dated 08.06.2019 on the file of the first respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on 09.07.2019. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
