ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This writ petition was filed to direct the respondents to remove the unlawful construction in the property comprised in survey number 9/3 situated in Thiruvedhikudy Village within Thanjavur Taluk Limits which is at the initial stage.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent, based on the written instructions, submitted that after knowing the fact that the petition mentioned property belongs to the temple, the construction activities carried on by the government had been stopped.
