The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking compensation for the vehicle bearing Reg. No. No.TN65Q 9268, which was burnt in an accident.
2. This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot decide this issue. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner either to approach the Consumer Court or Civil Court, file a case claiming compensation and establish his right by adducing evidence. If any such case is filed, the Court shall exclude the period of litigation spent in this writ petition while calculating the limitation period. 2/4
