ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to take action on the sale deed in document No.2223/2012, dated 11.07.2012, on the file of the second respondent herein.
2. The prayer in the writ petition has been sought for pursuant to the circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011. The circular has been set aside by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Thereafter, the State Government has come up with an amendment to the Registration Act by inserting Section 77-A of the Registration Act. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the first respondent under Section 77-A of the Registration Act. 2/4
3. With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
