ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is only seeking for a direction to the respondents to return the gold jewels pledged by the mother of the petitioner with the second respondent Bank within the stipulated time by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2016.
2. Heard Mr.S.Vinodh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ananth C.Rajesh, learned counsel for the second respondent. None appears for the first respondent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner had already made a representation to the second respondent as early as on 17.10.2016, the petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action within a period of four weeks thereafter.
4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
