ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to take action by way of considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2024 and pass necessary order.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the writ petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent, who in turn, forwarded the same to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Melur and as of now, no complaint is pending before the second respondent.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner is ready to give a fresh representation before the second respondent.

Recording the submissions made on either side, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
