PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to update all the revenue records including computer 10(1) Extract and A-Register for the petitioner land in Survey No.565 Sub Divided as Survey No.565/1X2 and 565/1Y situated at Aathoor Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District by considering the application in No.2019/0103/14/089941 dated 11.05.2019. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to update all the revenue records including computer 10 (1) Extract and A-Register for the land in S.No.565, sub divided as S.Nos.565/1X2 and 565/1Y situated at Aathoor Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, by considering the application dated 11.05.2019.

2.According to the petitioner, with the relief sought for in the prayer, though he made a representation dated 13.06.2019 to the respondents, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that by considering the petitioner's representation 13.06.2019, the 1st respondent had passed final orders and a copy of the aforesaid order has already been sent to the petitioner and that therefore, he would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

W.P.(MD) No.23217 of 2019 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid final order passed by the 1st respondent, if she is so advised. No costs.
