Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent vide demand notice No.R3/GO104 - BCOST/2017 dated 22.09.2017 and quash the same by an order of this Court and thereafter pass orders/directions to issue a fresh demand notice for land cost of Rs.3000/- per cent as per the Minimum amount levied by the Sub Court, Tirunelveli in LAOPs and direct the petitioner to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner. these writ petitions have paid the amount and sale deeds were executed in their favour on 31.03.2023, 25.11.2022, 05.10.2023, 15.07.2022, 29.11.2022 and 06.04.2023 respectively. Therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions.
