ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent are neighbors and that the third respondent with intention to purchase the property from the petitioner has allegedly demolished the portion of the property.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed pathway dispute between the parties and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.108 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the 2/4

private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
