ORDER
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2, the learned counsel for the third respondent and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent/newly impleaded respondent, I am inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. This exercise shall be carried out by the second respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that the fifth respondent/newly impleaded respondent and the other persons, who are interested in the welfare of the Temple, shall be heard before such orders are passed. 2.This Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the above observation. No costs.
