(MD)No.1641 of 2011, dated 09.12.2014, with all service and monetary benefits on par with my batchmates within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order, dated 13.06.2015 and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Village Assistant in the light of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.1641 of 2011, dated 09.12.2014.

2.It is reported that the petitioner died. Hence, the Writ Petition is abated. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18577 of 2018 abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
