This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No. 132 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Karur, Karur District and transfer the same to the Family Court, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District. 1/4

2.The facts in brief:

The marriage between the parties was solemnized on 26.02.2018. Out of the above said wedlock they blessed with a child. Thereafter, the respondent and his family members demanded more dowry from the petitioner. Hence, there was dispute arose between them. Thereafter, the respondent filed the above said H.M.O.P. proceedings before the Family Court, Karur. Since the petitioner is facing difficulty to attend every hearing at Karur, she filed this petition seeking transfer of the same.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the respondent was served with notice, none appears on behalf of him. His name was also printed in the cause list.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the convenience of the wife, the H.M.O.P.No.132 of 2023 filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Karur, Karur District, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District.

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
