ORDER

After some arguments, Mr.G.Aravinthan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of the writ petitioner to assail an order dated 30.07.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.16837 of 2019 by way of an intra Court appeal (obviously by seeking third party leave) may please be preserved.
