This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 221 days in re-presenting the first appeal.

2. In the affidavit, it had been stated that the papers had been returned by the registry for complying certain directions and the documents to be obtained from the trial court and other documents to be filed as additional evidence. In complying with the directions, the delay of 221 days occurred.

3. Considering all these factors, The delay stands condoned and the petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
