ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner claims that the learned Counsel will be satisfied if an order identical to what had been passed on 04.06.2019 in W.P(MD)No.12238 of 2018 and batch is passed. The said order directed the first respondent/The Director, Dr.Ambedkar Foundation, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India to consider the representation given by the petitioners therein.

2.In the instant case the petitioner, seeks disbursement of incentive payable to the petitioner in accordance with Dr.Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration through Inter-Caste Marriages. The petitioner had given an application, dated 14.08.2021 and to dispose of the said application, further representation was also given on 24.08.2021.

3.A direction is given to the fourth respondent/The Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Dindigul District to examine the suitability and eligibility of the petitioner to claim such an incentive. Such enquiry can be made only by issuing notice to the petitioner and examining the facts relating to her marriage and whether, the petitioner will actually be eligible and if so eligible, consider the representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
