Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2015, for cancellation of patta with regard to third parties, in Survey No.733 in North Ariyanayagipuram II Village, Ambasamudram Taluk in Tirunelveli District, was already rejected by proceedings dated 09.05.2023.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed with a direction to the learned Additional Government Pleader to furnish a copy of the proceedings dated 09.05.2023 to the petitioner and liberty is granted to 2/4
