This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.673 of 2024, dated 28.08.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner has reported only up to 26.09.2024.
