ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider her representation dated 23.10.2022, and grant further three weeks' time for production of provisional certificate and consolidated mark statement.

2.Heard Mr.S.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Brijesh Kishore, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.K.K.Ramesh Raja, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, she successfully completed B.A. (English) course during 2019 to 2022 in the second respondent University. After completion of the said Course, she applied for three years L.L.B. (Hons.,) Degree Course for the year 2022-2023 in the first respondent University. She was placed in General Rank No.138 and she has been qualified for the said Course. On 21.10.

2022 the first respondent sent a communication through Email, directing her to bring all the original documents and participate in the original documents verification on 26.10.2022 through online. According to the petitioner, the second respondent had not issued the consolidated mark statement and provisional certificate to her.

second respondent to issue the said certificates to her on or before 25.10.2022 at 12.00 pm., so as to enable her to submit the same before the first respondent. In the above said circumstances, the petitioner sent a representation through Email, dated 23.10.2022, to the first respondent and sought three weeks' time for production of the said certificates and she has also uploaded necessary scanned copy of the original documents along with her representation dated 24.10.2022 through the official Website of the first respondent. The second respondent has not issued the said certificates so far. Therefore, having left with no other alternative and effective remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief stated supra.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the consolidated mark statement and provisional certificate of the petitioner would be handed over by the second respondent on or before 28.10.2022 at 05.00 pm.

5.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to hand over the consolidated mark statement and provisional certificate of the petitioner on or before 28.10.2022 before 05.00 pm., in order to enable her to submit the same before the first respondent. shall collect the same from the second respondent University on the said date and produce the same before the first respondent University on or before 31.10.2022, for joining L.L.B. (Hons.,) Degree Course. 6.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
