This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram in Crl.M.P.No.391 of 2018 dated 13.04.2018.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and in the alternative would seek that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to complete the trial as early as possible. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
