Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to cut and remove the Seemai Karuvella trees standing in Survey Nos.174 and 175, Sunga Gate, Thaanthoni Village, Karur District to comply with the notice dated 15.12.2015, issued by the first respondent.
