Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint, dated 15.11.2021 before the second respondent. His grievance is that it is not being enquired into. Hence this writ petition has been filed. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the said complaint and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. If the petitioner's complaint makes out cognizable offences, it is the duty of the second respondent to register an FIR. This writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
