Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated on 29.01.2024 with regard to issue patta to the petitioners' dwelling house respectively situated at Survey No.26/2 in Marikundu Village and S.No.1512/3 in Sanmugasundharapuram Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District or otherwise give alternative place in the above said village within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The writ petitioners have submitted representation dated 29.01.2024 seeking issuance of free house site patta. It appears that S.No.1512/3 has been classified as Tharisu in the village account. Without going into merits of the matter, I direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' application on merits and in accordance with 2/4
