The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order dated 25.10.2021 in Cr.M.P.No. 759 of 2020 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram and to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2021 and thereby restructure the loan in loan Account No.0919261010169.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/Bank submitted that the possession of the property was handed over to the petitioner on 04.03.2022 and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
