Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating with the notification of the first respondent made in Na.Ka.No. 21/2016/ SaUThi.1, dated 20.01.2016, and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal, so far as it relates to Anna Aided Middle School, Muthalapuram, in Batlagundu Panchayat Union in Dindigul District, and in consequence to direct the first respondent to select and appoint any one of the five candidates from the panel of names that would be submitted by the petitioner, for the post of Noon Meal Organizer, in the centre of the said school. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notification of the Noon Meal Organizer. Due to efflux of time, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained.

2. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the notification, interview was conducted but subsequently the selection process was cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
