The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif at Dindigul within the time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondent shall stand dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact that the suit was instituted as early as in the year 2018 and that the case is at the stage of recording evidence on the side of the respondent, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
