O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.729 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as against this Petitioner / 2nd Accused.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report is filed in P.R.C.No.62 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District.

3. In view of the developments, the matter has become infructuous and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
