ORDER

This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and after dispensing with the notice on the respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them.

2. The petitioner appears to have subscribed to Jeevan Anand Policy No. 757440596 and LIC Child Carrier Plan and LIC Child Future Plan Policy No. 757440603.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was taken the said policies, when the petitioner was employed in abroad. However, the petitioner is no longer working and therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the same and 2/4

the policy premium amount paid by the petitioner is to be refunded back to the petitioner.

4. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.03.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with the insurance contracted between the petitioner and the respondents within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
