ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, on the strength of the order passed by the Honourable Supreme Court in SLP No.19508 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner lodged a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.16008 of 2019 complaint as against the respondents 4 to 11 and on receipt of the same, the second respondent registered the case in Crime No.216 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506 (ii) IPC as against the respondents 4 to 11.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
