Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Auction cum tender notice issued by the 1st respondent vide Ref.No.D1/7895/18 dated 26.07.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to cut and remove the 83 rubber trees from Coupe No. 28 and 82 trees from Coupe No.30 (Total 165 trees) in Manalodai division.
